Qualified lawyer in Germany ("Rechtsanwältin") registered in the Bar Association of Celle ("Rechtsanwaltskammer" - RAK Celle), in Brazil (OAB/RJ) and in Portugal (OA-Lisbon) as Advogada, studies Master in European Law at the "Leibniz Universität Hannover", Germany. Besides, she is a sworn interpreter for Portuguese and German language.

 

Mrs. Kühn has broad and relevant professional experience gained in the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), and many years of legal practice as a lawyer both in Brazil and in Germany; practice enhanced by several courses in the area, attributes that support the knowledge brought to the office and offered to clients.

 

She acts with focus on the areas of migration, family, corporate and international law for Brazilian, Portuguese, German and European Community law, most notably on issues related to Brazil and Germany. Mrs. Kühn also has a outstanding general knowledge in other areas of law and has partnerships with other highly qualified professionals, for example, in Brazilian, international and German tax law.

 

Mr. Kühn advises individuals and companies, in a strategic manner, to enter and/or regularize their interests in the European market. Particularly assists families in solving judicial or extrajudicial conflicts, especially in relations between international families, with differentiated service.
